Catmint

Catmint is a long-blooming, drought-tolerant, and incredibly low-maintenance perennial that is a favorite of gardeners and bees alike. From late spring through summer, it produces a profusion of lavender-blue flower spikes over a mound of soft, fragrant, gray-green foliage. If sheared back after its first flush of flowers, it will often rebloom for another display. Its resistance to deer and rabbits, combined with its tolerance for heat and dry soil, makes it one of the most reliable and versatile perennials for a sunny border.
